In Emotional Wellness

We each have an inner healer. Whenever we feel moved to try to “heal” someone else, it’s an opportunity to deepen our own healing. On some level, people know when they are doing something that’s self-destructive. Our job as healers isn’t to tell them what they should and shouldn’t be doing.

Our job is to become aware of our own blind spots, to heal ourselves through finding ways to love ourselves more fully, and to extend that love to everyone in our circle. We can help create a space for the people around us to thrive by mirroring their strengths to them, reminding them of their true nature, and supporting them in creating the lives they envision for themselves.

In so doing, we heal ourselves as well 🙂

Who in your life needs a reminder of their magnificence? In what ways can you care for yourself more lovingly, to support the deepening of your own healing?
