With so many things on our to-do lists, adding in health-giving practices can seem like just another hassle. Between work, family commitments, social time, and on top of that holiday shopping, it’s easy to see why so many people don’t even feel they have time to exercise, let alone meditate. But if we can shift our perspective from thinking of it as “one more thing to do” and instead pay attention to how we spend each moment, it becomes easier to discover the moments where we do have time to take for ourselves.
