Imbalance in the body leads to discomfort, and may even progress into a more serious disease. If we think of disease as arising from imbalance, healing becomes a journey of making our way back into balance. Of course it’s impossible to be in a state of perfect harmony all the time, and sometimes things can get pretty out of whack before we even realize there’s a problem.
Depending on how advanced the condition becomes, more invasive remedies may be necessary. Even so, focusing on creating a sense of ease mentally, emotionally, and physically can greatly support the healing process.
