That we live in the “information age” is not news. But the problem with information, particularly when it comes to our health, is that all too often it contradicts itself.
The study that comes out today refutes one we came across yesterday, and to be sure the next breaking story will add a whole new twist on things.
So more than ever it becomes crucial to develop an inner compass, not only an ability to sift through information and analyze it for validity….but the ability to drop in and sense what truly feels good to us. This is not an exact science. It involves trial and error and a willingness to be gentle with ourselves as we cultivate the ability to listen to our intuition.
