Creating a New Years’ Intention

With the new year underway, some of us may already have fumbled on our new resolutions. It’s a great time to check in with ourselves and re-evaluate where we are with our priorities. Studies show that the human mind only processes one thing at a time, so it follows that rather than scatter our focus among a variety of goals, it may help to hone in on a single intention.
